Cosette Emeline Shumosic
  • Born on the same day as Uncle Lance. Both your mommy and my mommy had their 1st babies on the same day 30 years apart.

When asked what you want to be when you grow up you said "a dog catcher". Ironically this is the same dream Lance shared as a child.

When daddy comes home from work you tell him "I missed you."

You are always telling mommy how pretty she looks.

Your hairdresser's name is Jodi, but you say "Dodi"

One day when you were sad you turned out your lower lip and explained that when people are sad they frown like that.

When Eme cries you try to cheer her up and give her toys. Or you point out things that will make her happy.

You like to shower with me. But you call it the "showeey"

You call m&m's "YUMMY TINGS"

You like going shopping. You are well behaved and can walk around "The Mix" shops in Scottsdale pushing your babydoll in the stroller. Other shoppers stop and talk to you. You carry on a conversation with them and sometimes devulge too much information. One time in Pottery Barn you told the lady that daddy was at work. You said he works very hard to keep a roof over our head.

You love babies!!!! You keep asking for another baby. You love playing with the babies in the church nursery. When you see a baby you cover your mouth and say " OOOH he's soooo cute."

You have learned 13 catechism questions thus far. Once I tried to trick you and I asked in a perplexing tone "I wonder where the moon came from?" I couldn't fool you. You were quick to tell me that God made all things. For His glory I might add.

  • Born on Valentine's Day you are such a sensitive, affectionate little girl. You give mommy and daddy kisses all day long.

You just learned to say "Co---Sette" and are very proud.

One day I was getting ready in my bathroom. You were playing outback and when I peeked out the window to check on you I found that you had removed all your clothes and were standing in your play water table. I rushed outside to make sure you didn't fall and you pat your behind and said "bum bum."

You like to pick out the clothes you will wear. Plus you like to sleep holding onto an outfit. I try to keep your closet doors closed as not to entice you.

You have got rhythm. Play any style music and you pick the most appropriate dance moves.

Whatever Cosette does or wants to do you say " ME ME ME". You want to be just like her.

You have learned your very 1st catechism question. I ask who made you? You say "GOD". Then you say "gum". A typical reward you want for your practice.
